From Insecure to Secure Attachment: The Relational Path from Loving in Torment to Loving in Peace
Overview

The Relational Path from Loving in Torment to Loving in Peace

This inspiring conference brings together leading voices in attachment, trauma, neuroscience and relational practice to explore how relationships can become powerful agents of healing.

Presenters will explore how, without effective intervention, insecure attachment and blocked trust in childhood can result in deeply painful patterns of relating throughout life, and relational trauma can be passed from one generation to the next. At the heart of the day is one vital question: how can these deeply embedded relational patterns change? Through cutting-edge theory, neuroscience, moving case material and practical interventions, speakers will show how cycles of relational trauma can be interrupted and trust, connection and secure attachment can result.
