Please note, no tickets or confirmation will be issued until payment of invoices are received in full. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure payment is made prior to attendance of the event. - Cheques: unfortunately cheques are not accepted at the moment

All bookings must be paid in full.
We regret that all bookings are non-refundable
You may transfer to another conference with minimum seven days notice and this ticket must be returned to us seven days prior to the event.
If another person is attending in your place it is your responsibility to inform us of the name of the delegate who will be attending – no admittance will be granted if we do not have their name on the conference list. No transfer or refund will be considered for a ‘no show’ on the day for whatever reason.
Due to the proprietary nature of, and confidential case material sometimes contained within, the Centre for Child Mental Health's programmes, audio and/or video recording of any events (conferences, webinars, livestreams, trainings) by delegates is strictly prohibited. This includes any private recording intended for personal use only. The event Chair is authorised to request that any unauthorised recording on livestream events be stopped.

Copyright and all other rights in all materials (including webinars and livestream recordings) supplied to you by the Centre for Child Mental Health are owned by the Centre for Child Mental Health. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, sell or commercially exploit these materials without the prior written consent of the Centre for Child Mental Health. Using the webinars for teaching purposes or within an organisational setting or group requires written consent from the Centre for Child Mental Health. We reserve the right to change, update, remove or add content at any time
Live Stream Events: Failure of Technology
CCMH is not liable or responsible for any technical issues which may arise as a result of failure of your technology - including any delay, disruption or disturbance in the operation of the internet. CCMH will not be able to provide you with a recording of any part of the livestreamed event missed due to failure of your technology. This is due to all manner of sensitive issues (such as IP, copyright, sensitive case material and presenter contracts). We will however supply you with the full text of the slides for that period of time missed and any relevant handouts.

The Centre for Child Mental Health reserves the right to make changes to the timetable or any events due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by us we will refund the cost of the ticket price for the event in full. We will not be responsible for any further cost incurred by you in relation to your booking.
