What does it mean to be displaced? What does it mean to seek refuge? What does it mean to feel like you are different, that you don’t completely belong?

How does all of this impact your identity, sense of belonging, self-worth and your mental health? As mental health and emotional well-being practitioners, what do we need to know? What needs to be considered in clinical practice? How do we talk about the difference between us?
